Very amiable staff, friendly services, and incredible location really close to train station including steam train ride. Well furnished and compact room with very comfy beds, a storage, a TV, and tea/coffee. Delicious and absolutely superb breakfast with plenty of excellent foods.

The hotel's position was super, so close to all the shops/bars, all local sights and Bronte museum. Found The Kings Arms with perfect drinks 300 metres away.

Exceptional place to stay with excellent location to Bronte museum and brilliant food. Lots of coffee, tea, cereal, fresh fruit, and omelette available in the lounge area for breakfast.

We had such a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short stroll from the main street with all the gorgeous shops, pubs, and restaurants. The off-street parking was a bonus, making it easy for us to come and go as we pleased. The room itself was cozy and spotless, with all the amenities we needed. The service and housekeeping were top-notch. We loved having free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the garden furniture outside was a nice touch. The breakfasts were delicious, with plenty of choices to satisfy everyone's cravings. The staff were friendly and always went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We truly felt the warm atmosphere of a British B&B here.

It was as expected, had a very lovely stay for 2 nights. Everything was really good, so were great views over the park. The staff was affable, as well as owner. Enjoyed our twin room.
